Hand thrown ceramic server, shaped to resemble a segment of bamboo. Wide lid to accomodate either teapot or gaiwan. Footed. Glazed in a rustic speckled ochre that evokes both the look and feel of pebbled lakeside sand, while the interior is left unglazed to absorb and season over time.
