Lotus is a bold and assertive green tea. We recommend a shorter infusion time with lower temperature water.
To brew an individual serving, use 3 grams of tea at 175 degrees. Rinse the tea and steep for 1 minute. For a stronger tea, steep time can be increased by 30 seconds.
