The addition of chamomile tempers and sweetens this tea, and it also makes it easier and more forgiving to brew. We recommend using either small disposable tea bags or larger glass infuser tea pots with fine holes to prevent pieces from escaping into your tea.
For individual servings, use 3.5 grams of tea at 195 degrees. Steep each infusion for about 1 minute.
