A tuocha is a pu-erh tea pressed into the shape of a bird's nest. They come in various sizes, and sometimes are pressed with other teas.
Our Green Tuocha is a small nest - enough for a single pot of tea. It is pressed with a Yunnan green tea, a heartier and richer variety of green that can be aged with the pu-erh.
The resulting tea is rich and quite strong. The usual earthiness of the pu-erh is offset by the maltiness of the aged Yunnan green.

BREWING GUIDE
Each tuocha individually wrapped and intended for a larger 12-14 ounce tea pot. We suggest keeping the brew time to only as long as it takes to open the nest (about 2 minutes with full-boil water). Subsequent infusions should be around 1 minute 30 seconds.
