The medium sized round of this tea belies the splendor of its bloom. Tea buds are hand-tied around a single large yellow chrysanthemum flower.
Once steeped, the tea opens to reveal the poofy flower, and a tea with a sweet, honey-like scent.
Blossoming teas are sold by weight. Two ounces = 5-8 blossoms. Four ounces = 10-16 blossoms.

BREWING GUIDE
Use a single blossom for a 12 to 16 ounce teapot. Pre-warm the teapot and steep at 205 F until the blossom fully opens. Alternatively, single servings can be brewed in a glass infuser cup, but at a reduced steep time (1 min 30 sec.)
