This is one of our simplest and beautiful blossoming teas. A string of jasmine blossoms are enclosed inside white tea buds. Anchoring the string is a brilliant orange lily flower.
Steeping opens the tea leaves, releasing the string to rise towards the top of the teapot. Jasmine scented for fragrance, with white tea buds for sweetness.
Blossoming teas are sold by weight. Two ounces = 5-8 blossoms. Four ounces = 10-16 blossoms.

BREWING GUIDE
Use a single blossom for a 12 to 16 ounce teapot. Pre-warm the teapot and steep at 205 F until the blossom fully opens. Alternatively, single servings can be brewed in a glass infuser cup, but at a reduced steep time (1 min 30 sec.)
