Two kinds of flowers enclosed by over fifty white tea leaf buds. Steeping awakens each hand-tied blossom, and the tender tea buds unfold to reveal a brilliant mum flower on top of a ring of jasmine petals.
Jasmine scented. Sweet and mild.
Blossoming teas are sold by weight. Two ounces = 5-8 blossoms. Four ounces = 10-16 blossoms.
BREWING GUIDE
Use a single blossom for a 12 to 16 ounce teapot. Pre-warm the teapot and steep at 205 F until the blossom fully opens. Alternatively, single servings can be brewed in a glass infuser cup, but at a reduced steep time (1 min 30 sec.)
