Our preferred carrier within the continental United States is UPS and US Postal Service.
For UPS orders
We will make every effort to ship on the same day if the order is received by 12 noon on a weekday. Expedited (2nd Day and 3rd Day shipments) are available for UPS shipments. Please keep in mind that expedited shipment times are based on business days. This means if we receive an order with 2nd Day shipping on Friday morning and the package is picked up Friday afternoon, you will not receive your package until Tuesday.
For US Postal Service orders
We currently offer shipment via Priority Mail, a method that allows us to better track packages. For most addresses, US Postal Service will get a Priority Mail package to its destination within 1-5 business days.
Shipping cost for both methods is based on the total weight of the items ordered and insurance. All shipments are tracked to ensure that you receive your order. We encourage you to create an account before making a purchase, as doing so will give you access not only to your order history, but to tracking information on all open orders.
International Orders
Over the years, we've met customers from all over the world, and while it's our wish that anyone can enjoy our teas, the website currently only takes orders from the following non-US countries:
- Australia
- Canada
- Germany
- France
- French Polynesia
- Ireland
- Japan
- Singapore
- Spain
- United Kingdom
To discuss international shipment options other than the countries listed above, please contact us. Where possible, we will make an effort to ship our teas to you. International shipments are shipped via U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail or U.S. Postal Service International First Class Parcel for orders under 3.5lbs.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to ensure that you enjoy your purchase. If for some reason, you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact us right away. We honor a 30 day return policy in most situations.
My Order Arrived Damaged.
While we try to package our orders as securely as possible, damage can occur during transit. We suggest you open all packages and inspect the contents immediately. If you find damage to your order, please contact us within 5 days so we can submit a claim to the carrier.
There Was a Flaw or Mistake on my Order.
If we made a mistake in packing your order, or there is a significant flaw to the item, we will send you a replacement right away. Please contact us immediately after opening your order. We will email a return shipping label. Please package the item or items securely and ship them back to us. We suggest shipping the item in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns after 30 days from the original date of purchase.
I Don’t Like What I Bought.
While we try our best to accurately describe our products through pictures and words, we understand that preferences can be highly subjective. If an item does not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept a return for store credit or offer a replacement. For teas, we suggest purchasing smaller sample amounts before committing to a larger purchase.
Please understand that if a return or exchange does not involve flaws or damage to the product, or mistakes that we have made on your order, we cannot reimburse shipping costs.
Please contact us by email or telephone, then package the item or items securely and ship them back to us. We suggest shipping the item in its original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will issue a store credit less the original shipping cost.
