Wuyi Oolong Tea
The Wuyi Mountains of northwestern Fujian is the birthplace of oolong tea. These first oolongs were rich and dark, well over half oxidized and higher fired teas.
Our Wuyi oolongs retain the more thorough oxidation of the original oolong teas. Meticulously crafted using only leaves harvested in Mid-May from the Wuyi Mountains, our Wuyi oolongs are carefully roasted over the course of two weeks, each roasting adding to the tea's depth and complexity. |
