White Tea
Gathered during a few short days in early spring, white teas are distinct varieties of camellia sinensis that produce silvery leaf buds in early spring. True white teas are indigenous to Northern Fujian, where they have flourished for over a thousand years. Our selection of white teas are all spring harvested from Northern Fujian. They possess exceptional smoothness, clarity of flavor and aroma. All are anti-oxidant rich and all are ethereal, like drinking the very mist that shrouds the hills from which this tea comes. |
