Phoenix Oolong Tea
Our fourth and perhaps most traditional type of oolong teas come from Eastern Guangdong Province, from a mountain range known as Fenghuang Shan. The Phoenix Mountain.
Collectively called "Dan Cong", meaning "Single Grove", each of the 80 existing varieties of this oolong possesses distinct aromas and flavors often associated with the fruits or flowers they emulate.
We source our Phoenix oolongs exclusively from Wudong Shan, the most revered peak in the Phoenix Mountain Range. All are crafted from high elevation (700-1100 meters above sea level) older grove tea trees.
