The skill of the tea master lies in his ability to enhance the natural quality of a fresh tea leaf. The knowledge of over 2000 years of tea making is concentrated in every drop of our Reserve Grade Jade Kuan Yin. Crafted from a varietal known as Tikuanyin Huang, Reserve Grade Jade Kuan Yin comes from the Anxi region of Xiang Hua Xiang, an area that produces the most prestigious and sought after teas of this variety.

Intense, lingering aroma from dry leaf to the last droplet at the bottom of the tea cup, several infusions later.

Water Temperature: 195-200°, or when medium bubbles begin to rise and water becomes agitated.

Brewing Instructions: Use 2 teaspoons (double for a medium sized pot). Rinse tea for 1 second. Discard rinse water. Steep for 2-3 minutes. May be infused multiple times.
