How to Buy Our Teas and Teaware

The best way to shop for tea and teaware is in-store. Of course, if you are not able to make it out to San Francisco, we can easily send our tea to you. Simply select one of the following options:

Shop Online: Browse our tea selection (www.redblossomtea.com) and make purchases online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our web site.

Call Us: Call us at (415) 395-0868 between the hours of 10AM and 6PM (Pacific Standard Time) and we will be more than happy take your order over the phone. Please have your billing address, shipping address and credit card information ready.

Fax Us: Fax us at (415) 362-8877 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will confirm your order via return fax or phone before shipping. Please include the following information on your fax:

Shipping Policy

Our preferred shipper within the continental United States is UPS. All shipments are tracked to ensure that you receive your teas on time. Orders from Hawaii or Alaska are shipped through US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping cost is based on the total weight of the items ordered, and most orders are shipped within one business day.

International Orders

Over the years, we've met customers from all over the world, and while it's our wish that anyone can enjoy our teas, we currently do not take international orders on the web site. To discuss international shipment options, please contact us via email, the contact form below, or via fax. Where possible, we will make an effort to ship our teas to you, wherever you are.

Returns and Exchange

We will make every effort to ensure that customers receive the tea or teaware ordered. We are also a small family run business, and it is difficult for us to accept returns on tea orders that were not the result of mistakes on our part. We suggest starting out with smaller amounts of tea to determine if you will indeed enjoy it.

We understand that the world of tea can be daunting. There are so many varieties, flavors and brewing methods and utensils. In keeping with our in shop tradition, we are always available to answer any questions you have.
