The Discovery Collection

The Discovery Collection is a collection of our favorite teas. We intended the collection as our welcome pack for those discovering our loose leaf teas for the first time, but we're sure the selection would please even the tea connoisseur.

Included in the Discovery Collection five 1 ounce bags of tea, ranging from light to dark, including teas from different regions, representing different crafting styles and flavor profiles. There's a small card in the collection with a description of each tea, as well as a brewing instruction card. Everything is packaged in a kraft gift box.

As our tea selection changes from year to year, the Discovery Collection will also change. The current collection includes one ounce each of the following teas:

Organic Cloud & Mist - Green tea from Fuding County, Fujian. Surprising sweet with a hint of butter and grass.

Tung Ting - Formosa oolong grown in Lugu, Nantou County, Taiwan, with notes of fresh orchids and gardenias.

Tieguanyin - Anxi oolong mid-fired for complexity, with notes of roasted nuts, ripe peaches and gardenias.

Organic Golden Monkey - A wonderful everyday black tea from the Wuyi Mountains that brews sweet.

Phoenix Eye Jasmine - Hand-rolled leaf buds, scented with Jasmine flowers to create a tea that is rich and creamy.
